While Jack (my husband) did vigilant and comprehensive research on his own to find the houses we wanted to see, Kevin seemed always available and arranged for showings as soon as was possible, often getting us in before anyone else. He was flexible, understanding and supportive of our process, encouraging us along the way. We always felt he was on our side. We have appreciated his willingness to share other thoughts and recommendations.
